the staff was kind! the metro station was a short walk. breakfast service was good. a playroom for children was a nice surprise.
The room wasn't cleaned well before we arrived. The floors were dirty and there was dust. the room wasn't cleaned . Towels weren't replaced either.

The hotel location is convenient near the U-station, which makes travel to the city center simple. My room was quiet, spacious, and very clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its good selection and coffee.
The air conditioning in my room could have been more effective. It did not cool as much as I expected.

I found the location very convenient. The metro station is a short walk away, it made getting around easy. The staff were polite. They always had a smile. The breakfast offered many fresh options, and i thought it was delicious! The rooms were clean. They were also well-kept.
i found that there was no phone in the room, so I had to go to reception to ask for assistance if needed. i think this is a very slight inconvenience

the breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices. i especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries (the croissants were amazing!). the hotel is also very close to the subway station, so it was easy to get around.
The air conditioning in my room was not working well. it struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day. also, the daily room cleaning was inconsistent. One day they forgot to replenish the complimentary water bottles.
